Panmure has been recognised by town planners and our city fathers as a key link in the economic development of Auckland and Manukau cities.
The planned eastern transport corridor, the redevelopment of Mt Wellington Quarry (bringing another 9,000 people to the area) and the interlinking of new rail network will all contribute towards a rejuvenated Panmure and a sound place to build a future.
In addition to the direct commercial benefits offered by the above, exciting developments are planned with a joint venture between commercial interests and the University of Auckland Tamaki Campus. A 'technology park' is to be established on part of the University's Merton Road property.
